Print to PDF (Windows) Open a file in a Windows application. Choose the hamburger Menu Print. Choose docHub PDF as the printer in the Print dialog box. To customize the docHub PDF printer setting, select the Properties (or Preferences) button. Select Print. Type a name for your file, and select Save.
2 Update your software and drivers Sometimes, outdated or corrupted software and drivers can interfere with the printing process. To avoid this, make sure you have the latest versions of your PDF reader, your operating system, and your printer drivers.
docHub PDF printing preferences (Windows) Open the Printers window from the Start menu. Right-click the docHub PDF printer, and choose Printing Preferences. In an authoring application such as docHub InDesign, choose File Print. Select docHub PDF as the printer, and click the Properties (or Preferences) button.
Type Printers in Start Search, open Printers and Scanners settings. Untick the box to Let Windows Manage my Default Printer. Highlight the . pdf printer you want to set as default, choose Manage, then choose to Set as Default.
Step 1: Hit Ctrl + P on your keyboard or click on File and then select Print. Step 2: This will open the print window. Click on the drop-down menu under Printer and from the options presented select Microsoft Print to PDF. Here, you can also select other settings such as the number of pages to print.
How to Enable the Print to PDF Feature on Windows 10 Open the Start menu and in the search tab and type: Turn Windows features on or off. Make sure to check the feature of Microsoft Print to PDF. Hit the OK button and drop out. Remember to restart at the end.
Open Programs and Features. Click Turn Windows Features on or off on the left. In the resulting list, you should see the option to enable Microsoft Print to PDF. If that is already enabled, disable it, apply that, restart your PC and then re-enable that option.
