Guardians, welcome back to another Tip Tuesday! This week, Kelly will show you how to print from a Chromebook, which is great for student collaboration. To print, you need to go to the Chrome menu, then settings, then advanced, and look for the printing section. You can choose Google Cloud Print or printers. If your printer isn't connected via USB, you can add it through the network by entering the IP address. Check the network section on your printer for the IP address. Click Add, and your printer should now be connected.

How to Save a Webpage as a PDF in the Chrome Browser Visit the page you want to save. Open the Chrome Menu. Click the Print option. Change the Print Destination. Choose to Save as PDF. Save the Webpage as a PDF.
Print to PDF (Windows) Open a file in a Windows application. Choose the hamburger Menu Print. Choose docHub PDF as the printer in the Print dialog box. To customize the docHub PDF printer setting, select the Properties (or Preferences) button. Select Print. Type a name for your file, and select Save.
Print from a standard printer On your computer, open Chrome. Open the page, image, or file you want to print. Click File. Print. Or, use a keyboard shortcut: Windows Linux: Ctrl + p. Mac: ⌘ + p. In the window that appears, select the destination and change your preferred print settings. Click Print.
How to enable the native Chrome PDF viewer. In Chrome, click the three dots in the upper right corner of your browser window. Navigate to Settings Advanced Privacy and Security. Click Site Settings PDF Documents. Locate the toggle switch next to Download PDF files instead of automatically opening them in Chrome.
You can view a PDF on your Chromebook in three simple steps. Find the PDF you want to open from your Files app. Single-click on the file to select it, then select Open at the top of the window. This will open a dropdown menu of different applications. Choose the application you want to use to open the PDF.
Click the More Options button three vertical dots on the far-left of the browsers top ribbon. Click on the Print option. Change Destination to Save As PDF. Navigate to the location you would like to save your new PDF document and click Save.
Google Chrome Check your browser settings by entering the path chrome://settings/content/pdfDocuments in the address bar. Ensure that the default setting, Open PDFs in Chrome is enabled. Try to reload your PDF and print again.
