To fix the issue of Microsoft Edge not opening PDF files, open Edge, click on the three horizontal dots at the top right, then go to Settings. In the left menu, select Cookies and site permissions, scroll down on the right side to find PDF documents. Make sure "Always download PDF file" is turned off and PDF view settings is turned on. If this doesn't work, search for "Default apps," search for ".pdf," and if Edge is not set as the default PDF opening app, set it as default. Try again to open PDF files.
At DocHub, your data security is our priority. We follow HIPAA, SOC2, GDPR, and other standards, so you can work on your documents with confidence.
