You can do this by accessing the Windows features menu, checking the box next to Microsoft Print to PDF, and downloading the necessary files. Don't forget to restart your computer afterwards. This process should be simple and straightforward.

docHub PDF printing preferences (Windows) Open the Printers window from the Start menu. Right-click the docHub PDF printer, and choose Printing Preferences. In an authoring application such as docHub InDesign, choose File Print. Select docHub PDF as the printer, and click the Properties (or Preferences) button.
Print to PDF (Windows) Open a file in a Windows application. Choose the hamburger Menu Print. Choose docHub PDF as the printer in the Print dialog box. To customize the docHub PDF printer setting, select the Properties (or Preferences) button. Select Print. Type a name for your file, and select Save.
Type Windows Features in the search box and open the best match option. Look for the Microsoft Print to PDF feature in it. If the checkbox of Print to PDF is unchecked, then tick the checkbox and click OK. It will enable the feature, and you can use the feature now.
How do I add a PDF printer in Windows 11? Open the Taskbar search box. Search for windows features. Select an individual search result. Click on the Microsoft Print to PDF checkbox. Click OK. Restart the computer to complete installation. Then Microsoft Print to PDF option will be visible in the printers list.
The first reason why PDF does not print is that the printer driver is outdated. If the drivers are not updated regularly, they may have some glitches that wont give proper commands to the printer when you try to print the PDF.
Although it has the word print in its name, it does not print the file immediately. Instead, it saves the file in PDF format but allows you to customize the PDF file ing to your printing needs, such as orientation, paper size, margins, etc.
Print a PDF Choose File Print or click icon in the toolbar. Select a Printer and number of Copies to print. (Optional) Click Properties to open the Printer properties. Under Pages to Print, select an option: Specify other options as per your requirements:
