If you want to use any app to print the file, follow the next steps. Step 1: Download a PDF Viewer App. Step 2: Open the PDF File. Step 3: Select the Print Option. Step 4: Choose Your Printer. Step 5: Adjust Print Settings. Step 6: Start Printing.
Open Programs and Features. Click Turn Windows Features on or off on the left. In the resulting list, you should see the option to enable Microsoft Print to PDF. If that is already enabled, disable it, apply that, restart your PC and then re-enable that option.
How to Enable the Print to PDF Feature on Windows 10 Open the Start menu and in the search tab and type: Turn Windows features on or off. Make sure to check the feature of Microsoft Print to PDF. Hit the OK button and drop out. Remember to restart at the end.
Check if the Print to PDF feature is enabled: Go to Settings Devices Printers scanners and select Microsoft Print to PDF. Ensure the option Let Windows manage my default printer is turned off. Restart the Print Spooler service: Press Windows + R keys and type services.
