Select the cells that you want to print. On the File menu, click Print. In the Print box, click Selection in the drop-down list. Click Print.
Print a chart Click the chart within your workbook. Click File Print. Tip: You can also use the keyboard shortcut, Ctrl + P, to open the Print option. Click the Printer drop-down menu, and select the printer you want to use. Click Print.
Use the Fit to Page option before exporting to PDF: Select the chart in Excel. Go to the Page Layout tab in the Excel ribbon. Click on the Print Area dropdown and select Fit to Page or Fit to Sheet. Adjust the scaling options if needed.
Print to PDF is enabled through the printing menu on Mac. Follow these instructions: Go to the File Menu and select Print. In the new window, select Printers and Scanners Save as PDF from the drop-down menu of the PDF option.
Click the worksheet, and then select the range of data that you want to print. Select File, and then click Print. Under Settings, select the arrow next to Print Active Sheets and select the appropriate option. Select Print.
Click Print. To print the entire workbook, before you click Print, under Settings, click the arrow next to Print Active Sheets, click Print Entire Workbook. The print preview now shows the first page of the first worksheet, and Excel now tells you itll print 28 pages.
On the File menu, click Print. On the Printer menu, select the printer that you want. Select Show Details. In the Print drop-down menu, select Active Sheets, and then select Print.
How To Print Excel to PDF From Microsoft Excel Open your Excel file on your computer. Click File and then Print or Ctrl + P. Choose Print to PDF in the printer dropdown. Adjust the formatting if needed and click Print.
