To set your Apple computer to automatically double-sided print jobs, first open a Microsoft Word document. Next, go to File, Print. Under the first drop-down menu, choose the printer you use most often. Under the third drop-down menu, go into Layout and turn on two-sided printing. Choose this option from the drop-down and save it under Presets to happen every time you print. Name it as you wish, and your Apple computer will double-side print jobs automatically.
