hi everyone this is Jeff Bradbury with another Teacher cast screencast and today I just wanted to stop in and give you guys a really cool tip that I just learned how many times have you been trying to create a booklet out of a program like pages or publisher or some other program that you really needed to do an easy to fold brochure with but werent really sure how to print it out today Im going to show you how to an insert into your print menu to allow you to create booklets in just about any program that you can have on your computer let me show you how this works Im going to open up a program called I studio its just a publisher program but really this could be Pages Numbers keynote any other kind of program where you would have two pages on each side of a single sheets and that you would want to print out a booklet I have my front page and then here I have pages two and three now traditionally if I wanted to print this I would go up to file print and you would see page one page

With a document open on your Mac, choose File Print. Choose On or Off from the Double-sided pop-up menu. You can also choose On (Short Edge) to set the document to print set up for binding at the top of the page. Click Print.
Pages comes with a variety of book templates to help you create interactive books in EPUB format.
Choose File Print. Click the PDF button or click the down arrow to open the PDF pop-up menu, then choose Save as PDF.
