In the PDF writer, deselect the "allowed printing" checkbox under the printing and viewing tab. Click "Publish" to confirm the protection status. The protected document now has a .pdc extension and can only be opened with Lock Lizard Secure PDF Viewer. Printing is disabled in the Safeguard Secure Viewer, as the print icon is greyed out and keyboard shortcuts are not functional.
