Fix printer setup problems At the bottom right, select the time. Select Settings . At the bottom, select Advanced. Under Printing, select Printers. Next to the name of your printer, select More. Edit. Make sure all your printer information is correct, with no typos or misspellings.
You can use the Gallery app on your Chromebook to view PDFs and edit them.
Click on the three dots icon in the top right corner of the browser window, then click on Print or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + P (Windows) or Cmd + P (Mac). A print preview window will open, you can adjust the print settings, such as the number of copies, the layout, the paper size.
HP Smart (Android) Tap Print . The print settings page opens with a print preview. Click the setting you want to change. Copies: Tap the + or - buttons to set the number of copies.
Google Chrome Click More Settings on the printer pop-up to reveal more options. Click the dropdown box next to Margins and select Custom. In the preview pane, drag the margins to your desired placement and click Save or Print (depending on if you are saving a PDF or printing).
Restrict printing, editing, and copying Open the PDF in Acrobat, and do one of the following: If you receive a prompt, click Yes to change the security. Select Restrict editing and printing of the document. Type the password in the corresponding field. Select what the user can print from the Printing allowed menu:
Check your browser settings by entering the path chrome://settings/content/pdfDocuments in the address bar. Ensure that the default setting, Open PDFs in Chrome is enabled. Try to reload your PDF and print again.
