How to delete PDF pages in Windows 10. Turn to the page you want to delete. In Page Navigation, right-click the page you wish to delete, then click Delete. When in a two-page spread view, the Delete Page dialog box will appear. Select an option and click OK.
Go to the Security tab in the Document Properties window. Here, select Password security in the Security method dropdown list. Now, set restrictions for printing under the Permissions section. Choose None in Printing Allowed option to disable printing of PDF document.
Press the Windows Key + S, begin typing and click on Turn Windows features on or off. Find Microsoft Print to PDF and check or uncheck the box next to that. Click on Microsoft Print to PDF. Click on Remove device.
How to prevent printing or editing a PDF form Open a PDF in docHub Pro, proceed to the File option on the top menu bar and select Properties in the list: Choose Password Security in the dropdown below: In the Permissions section, choose whether printing and editing is allowed.

The easiest way to solve this is to simply print the file to another PDF file, and name it something slightly different than the original. That will remove the printing prompt from automatically opening.
