Steps to add a signature block to a PDF. Open the PDF with docHub. Select Tools at the top left of the screen. In the Forms Signature sections, choose Prepare Form. Select Start. Choose the Add a Signature block icon from the tools ribbon. Move your cursor to where you want to place the block and click.
Once the image or signature is placed into a column, hover over the section to view the column boundaries. Place your pointer between the columns until the pointer changes to show two arrows and a bolded blue column border line. Press down and drag the boundary left or right to resize.
Creating A Digital Signature Field To create the field, click on Tools ⇨ Advanced Editing and select Digital Signature Tool. Find the signature blank on the document and draw a box over it. Click Close when the Properties box appears. The field should look like the following screenshot.
Place the blue box by clicking your mouse in the area you want to place it. Move and re-size the blue box as needed. Click on the box to re-name it and change the boxs options.
Go to Document Signatures Add Signature Field. Click and drag a rectangle to define the region where the signature will appear.
