im in microsoft word 2021 and lets look at how we can go and make changes to our header and footer so we can make it either smaller or larger on our particular screen so if i go to where it says header under the insert tab i can go to edit header and what that does is it brings up this new tab at the top and all these different options that show up so you can see header from the top is 0.5 inches now im zoomed in so actually it looks like much higher than a half an inch but thats okay so if i go down to three two one zero now we can see what it does is it doesnt necessarily change where the header starts all it does is change where the text is going to start so ill just type in this is my text and you can see its all the way at the top now i can go like that and you can see it moved down the screen what if i want to go below that well look at that it pushes the header down with it now im going to go back up and here you can see the header is going to stop in this particular lo

An affidavit should not contain information told by another person unless the other person is a party to the court case. This rule about having personal knowledge does not apply if the judge is being asked to make a temporary order (called an interlocutory order).
An affidavit is a written statement made under oath. This means that the person who is making the statement has sworn that the document contains the truth and is aware that they will be prosecuted if it is found that the contents of the affidavit (or parts thereof) are untrue.
An affidavit must be made voluntarily and under either a religious oath or an affirmation. It is therefore required to be signed in front of a person commissioned to receive oaths under the legislation (eg a solicitor). You may be required to give a sworn written statement in certain situations.
A note on Exhibits: o If you want to attach any document to your Affidavit, you must say what it is in your Affidavit and mark it as an Exhibit. Letter each one of your exhibits (Exhibit A, Exhibit B), and attach all exhibits at the end of your Affidavit.
