So when you have a database like this and you want to add more items to it. More rows. You can switch into Form mode and then enter these four pieces of data and it will add a new row. Its a really cool thing you can do on the iPad with Numbers. But unfortunately you cant do it on the Mac. However we can simulate it using a script.
