hello okay so for your assume name hopefully you did that after you do that youll get a document and itll kind of look like this and Ill say certificate of assumed name and it should have your all caps name there um thats the name theyre assuming you are right but youre actually not that your your name is just lower and uppercase but this is the name so since its doing business you can they can only do business if they have that type of name so if you keep this in your car for any time if someone tries to pull you over if you have the assume name and the fee schedule you can show them that you have this assumed name let them know and the police cant do business with you unless the police has an assumed name also and I dont I think theyre not allowed to do that so they really cant do business with you so you have to try to explain that yeah theyre not allowed to do this um if they dont know ask let them to ask tell them to ask their supervisor let them know that you have t
