Learn how to sign a PDF document with a certificate-based digital signature in docHub by first downloading the software from its official website for free. A digital ID is required, containing personal information such as name, email, organization, serial number, and expiration date. In docHub, digital IDs are used to sign or encrypt documents. To add or create a digital ID, go to the edit menu, choose preferences, then select digital IDs and click add ID. Select the option to include a digital ID file if you already have one from your organization. Enter your personal information and create a new digital ID for signing documents.
