The video tutorial demonstrates how to disable PDF printing by using a PDF writer. By selecting the "make secure PDF" option and deselecting the allowed printing checkbox, the protected PDF is created with a .pdc extension. This protected PDF can only be opened with the lock lizard secure PDF viewer, preventing any printing actions.
