This video tutorial demonstrates how to disable PDF printing by using a PDF writer. By selecting the "make secure PDF" option, you can deselect the allowed printing checkbox and publish the protected document. The document will now have a .pdc extension and can only be opened with a secure PDF viewer. Printing is disabled, as indicated by a greyed out print icon in the viewer.
