This video tutorial demonstrates how to disable PDF printing to protect your documents. Simply locate the PDF file in Windows Explorer, right-click, and choose "Make Secure PDF." In the PDF writer, navigate to the printing and viewing tab and ensure the allowed printing checkbox is deselected. Click "Publish" to confirm the protection status, which will be successful. The document will now have a .pdc extension and can only be opened with the Lock Lizard Secure PDF Viewer. Printing is disabled, as evidenced by the greyed-out print icon in the Secure Viewer.
