Go to File, then New Document, and select "Combine into single PDFs". You can also create portfolios from here. To add files, click on "Add files" and hold down the control key to select multiple PDFs. Once you've chosen the files you want to combine, click on "Open". You can change the order of the pages by selecting them and using the up or down arrow. When you're satisfied with the order, click "OK".
