This video tutorial demonstrates how to disable PDF printing. To protect a document, open Windows Explorer, locate the PDF file, right click on it, and choose "Make Secure PDF." In the PDF writer, select the Printing and Viewing tab, and make sure the "Allowed Printing" checkbox is deselected. Click "Publish" to confirm the protection status. The protected document will now have a .pdc extension and can only be opened with the Lock Lizard Secure PDF Viewer. Attempting to print the document will be impossible, as the print icon is greyed out and keyboard shortcuts are disabled.
