I believe that you will have to go to Settings Autofill Addresses and more and toggle this option off in order to stop the browser from creating these entries.
You can also clear out previously entered suggestions by clearing your Autofill form data (Settings -- History Clear browsing data -- Autofill form data).
To manage saved form information: Launch Brave. Open the Menu in the top right. Go to Settings -- Additional Settings -- Autofill.

Brave uses the Chrome/Chromium in-built PDF viewer. You can whatever PDF reader you want (either as a browser extension or as a full app on your system) and turn off Braves PDF viewer.
Google Chrome Instructions Click the Chrome menu icon. (Three dots at top right of screen.) Click on Settings. In the Autofill section, expand the area for which you wish to disable Autofill. Toggle the setting OFF if it is on. The system will automatically save your settings.
