What is the difference between signing and docHubing a PDF?

docHubing a document is sometimes referred to as sealing the document. Unlike the digital or approval signatures we just discussed, you can only docHub a document once and you cannot docHub if the document already has a digital signature.

How do I get a certified digital signature?

Click Start, point to All Programs, click Microsoft Office, click Microsoft Office Tools, and then click Digital Certificate for VBA Projects. The Create Digital Certificate box appears. In the Your certificates name box, type a descriptive name for the certificate. Click OK.

How do I docHub a PDF document?
