To rotate a page in Foxit Phantom and save it, ensure the Home tab is selected and click on the Rotate Pages button. You can rotate the page left or right 90 degrees with each click. For larger PDF files, you can use the multi-page rotate button. Be sure to use the Rotate Pages button, not the Rotate View button, as the latter does not allow you to save the changes.
