This video tutorial teaches how to paginate a PDF and add page numbers, as well as custom text like the date. To add pagination, go to the tools tab, click on edit, then header and footer, and select 'add'. Choose where to place the pagination (e.g. header, footer, left, right, center) and click into that window. In this example, the pagination is set to the bottom right corner. Click on 'insert page number' to add the page number field, then customize the font size, color, and margin area. You can also select a specific page range to paginate, excluding certain pages if needed.
