hi everyone kevin here today i want to show you how you can print in microsoft excel but dont you just click on the file menu and then go down to print and then you can print out your spreadsheet if you want your printout to look exactly how you want it to look youll likely have to make some tweaks and well run through what those are to follow along ive included a sample workbook down below in the description all right lets check these out here i am in excel and i want to print out this table right here that we see on this worksheet so to print we go up to the file menu and then i can click on print right here or an even quicker way to do that is you can use the shortcut key combination control p and that also brings up the same exact print dialog and over here on the right hand side we can see a preview of what would print out if i click the print button right now but if we look at this i only have a few of the columns on this one sheet here if i scroll down i see a few more col

Hold down the Shift (or Ctrl) key and click on the tab (or tabs) of the other sheet (or sheets) you want to copy the settings to. Choose File | Page Setup, and click OK. By doing so, you will copy all the basic print settings from the active sheet to all the others in your temporary group.
Pressing PRINT SCREEN captures an image of your entire screen and copies it to the Clipboard in your computers memory. You can then paste (CTRL+V) the image into a document, email message, or other file.
Mouse Shortcut for Copy Paste Select the cells that you want to copy. Hold the Control key. Place the mouse cursor at the edge of the selection (you will notice that the cursor changes into an arrow with a plus sign) Left-click and then drag the selection where you want the cells to be pasted.
Go to the Insert tab. Click on the Pictures option (its in the illustrations group). In the Insert Picture dialog box, locate the pictures that you want to insert into a cell in Excel. Click on the Insert button.
Select the cell with the desired format and press Ctrl+C to copy its content and formats. Select the entire column or row that you want to format by clicking on its heading. Right-click the selection, and then click Paste Special. In the Paste Special dialog box, click Formats, and then click OK.
Insert the image in a document Open the document that you want to insert the image in. Select Insert Pictures Picture from File. Navigate to the folder where the image is stored, select it, then select Insert.
