Click in your Office file at the place you wish to insert that item. On the Home tab, in the Clipboard group, click the arrow under Paste, click Paste Special, and then choose one of the options below. Tip: If youd prefer to use the keyboard you can press CTRL+ALT+V to invoke Paste Special.
Copy and paste text Select the text you want to copy, and then on the Home tab, select the Clipboard button. and then select Cut or Copy. Click where you want to insert the text, and on the Home tab, select the Clipboard button, and then select Paste. If youre prompted for access to the Clipboard, click Allow Access.
You can use also use keyboard shortcuts to copy and paste formatting between shapes: Select the shape you want to copy formatting from, then press Ctrl+Shift+C. Select the shape you want to copy formatting to, then press Ctrl+Shift+V.
After youve copied the data, press Ctrl+Alt+V, or Alt+E+S to open the Paste Special dialog box. Tip: You can also select Home Paste Paste Special.
First, go to Insert - Symbol. Now, scroll down until finding the tick symbol. You will notice that there are many variants available. For example, you can insert the squared tick symbol or a simple check mark.
To see if the Paste Special option is enabled: Go to File Options Advanced. Under Cut, copy and paste, ensure the Show Paste Options button when content is pasted option is checked.

Click that Pen button, and then choose Pen from the pop-up menu: Click and drag the mouse to draw on the slide. (Optional) To turn off the pen, right-click the slide, point to Pointer Options, and then click Arrow Options and choose the option you prefer.
