hey guys welcome back to my channel for todays recipe video its gonna be a really quick simple pretty much something we do every week recipe and its from the helmet should I cook book us on page three and we are making date syrup and I love this ratio because its so easy to remember and then I can tweak it if I need to so were gonna make a thicker date paste its gonna be perfect for all those recipes to use instead of sweeteners and we use it in lots of things and salad dressings and our fruit crumble anything that you would replace sugar and need something a little bit sweet the dates are perfect and I love just having this in a mason jar with a lid on in my refrigerator so I can just grab it when I need so I do this pretty much once a week and I love his recipe because its one to one and itll give you a thick date paste not overly thick but not super runny like its somewhere nice in between and then if you want it to be more runny you can add more water or less water depend
