information or to make some sort of a pattern so when Im on an Excel spreadsheet its or a Google spreadsheet its actually really easy as opposed to being in a text document so Im just gonna go ahead and type my name and youll notice that I typed my name and I pushed enter so Im no longer on that cell so I have to click back on the cell that I want a copy youll notice that the cell is selected because I clicked on the cell and theres a blue box on it in this case Im using Google spreadsheet and then you look in the bottom right-hand corner youll notice in the bottom right hand corner of that cell then theres a box that has appeared if I can get my cursor right on top of that box the cross I get hot crosshairs that appear the cursor changes Im gonna click and pull down Im gonna click and drag I am filling down and just copies whatever I have in the sheet so sometimes I just want volunteer and I need like five volunteers so I just want to copy that down as opposed to team le

The Clipboard task pane holds many of the last images and text you copied or cut. Note: You can still do simple cut, copy, and paste the way youre used to, either by using the buttons on the ribbon or the keyboard shortcuts CTRL+X (Cut), CTRL+C (Copy), or CTRL+V (Paste).
On the Ablebits Tool tab, in the Transform group, click the Create Cards icon: Use the Create Cards dialog window to adjust the options: By default, the add-in highlights the entire data range in your worksheet. You can select a different range or enter it using your keyboard.
Mouse Shortcut for Copy Paste Select the cells that you want to copy. Hold the Control key. Place the mouse cursor at the edge of the selection (you will notice that the cursor changes into an arrow with a plus sign) Left-click and then drag the selection where you want the cells to be pasted.
Copy all the data on the sheet by pressing CTRL+C. Open the workbook in which you want to paste the data, then click the + in the status bar to add a new blank worksheet. Click the first cell in the new worksheet, then press CTRL+V to paste the data into that worksheet.
Try it! Cut. Select Cut. or press Ctrl + X. Paste. Select Paste. or press Ctrl + V. Note: Paste only uses your most recently copied or cut item. Copy. Select Copy. or press Ctrl + C.
Copy cell formatting Select the cell with the formatting you want to copy. Select Home Format Painter. Drag to select the cell or range you want to apply the formatting to. Release the mouse button and the formatting should now be applied.
Heres how: Select all the data in the worksheet. Keyboard shortcut: Press CTRL+Spacebar, on the keyboard, and then press Shift+Spacebar. Copy all the data on the sheet by pressing CTRL+C. Click the plus sign to add a new blank worksheet. Click the first cell in the new sheet and press CTRL+V to paste the data.
Move cells by using Cut and Paste Select a cell or a cell range. Select Home Cut. or press Ctrl + X. Select a cell where you want to move the data. Select Home Paste. or press Ctrl + V.
Paste Special options Select the cells that contain the data or other attributes that you want to copy. On the Home tab, click Copy . Click the first cell in the area where you want to paste what you copied. On the Home tab, click the arrow next to Paste, and then select Paste Special. Select the options you want.
Copy Paste Formula Without Changing Format in Excel First, select the data you want to copy (C2:C7), then right-click it, and from the drop-down menu choose Copy (or use CTRL + C shortcut). Then, select the range to paste without formatting, right-click on it, and in the drop-down menu click on Paste Special.
