Begin by navigating to the password protection page on Acrobat online. Click the blue button labeled Select a file or drag and drop your PDF into the drop zone to upload. Create a password between 6 and 32 characters. Enter the password and retype it to confirm.
PDFChef is a free service that lets you rearrange the pages in a PDF for brochure or booklet printing or any other reason. Note that you can only process up to 50 MB of files in total.
Drag and drop pages to reorder PDF pages how you want. Copy a page by clicking a thumbnail and using Ctrl+drag to drop it to a second location.
Hold the page and drag it to the location you desired with the mouse. Then click the Save button to download the file.
Launch docHub, and from the menu, pick Combine Files. Click on Add Files to choose the files you want to combine. If password protected, docHub will ask you for the password. Hit the Combine button to generate the merged the PDF file.
Open the PDF in Acrobat, and choose All Tools Organize pages, or choose Edit Organize Pages from the global bar. The Organize pages toolset is displayed on the left pane.
How to rearrange pages in a PDF: Open the Organize Pages tool from the top menu or the right pane (Tools Organize Pages) Select one or more page thumbnails (page numbers are underneath). Use Shift to select a page range. Do one of the following: Drag and drop pages to reorder PDF pages how you want. Save your file.
Set up your desired order by highlighting a page thumbnail. Then drag and drop the page into your new desired location. You can also rotate pages to portrait or landscape mode. If you need to delete a page, select it and click the trashcan icon in the toolbar.
