all right YouTube so to make this short I created an example secure PDF as you can see I can try to edit copy cut and paste and nothing works Ive run into this a few times and really needed to be able to modify something for you have to thats why youre here so go ahead and close that window once youve run into that problem open up Google Chrome have your file destination ready and drag that file right into Google itll pull up the preview window youll simply click on print in the right-hand corner and make sure your destination is save as PDF were gonna hit save rename the file because you never want to overwrite an original just never a good thing to do now weve got that new file we just saved looks exactly like the original that we couldnt modify only now the security settings have been overridden and we are good to go thats all there is to it no scams no spam no websites so if this was helpful be sure and give it a like check out my other channel subscribe thanks for watchi

Click on Select files or drag and drop files into the drop zone using the touchpad. If you need to pull files from an additional source, click the icon with the plus sign to allow further selections. Click the Merge button, and the files will combine.
Add a password to a PDF Open the PDF in Acrobat. Do any of the following: Go to All tools Protect a PDF Protect with password. In the Protect Using Password dialog box, select if you want to set the password for viewing or editing the PDF. Type and retype your password. Select Apply.
Within the Save As dialog box that appears, choose Permissions from the right-hand menu. (See image below.) Add a password and set a desired encryption level. Enter a name and select Save to create a new PDF document with the security settings added to it.
You can password-protect a PDF online, using the Google Chrome browser: Drag Drop your file in our password protector; Type and then confirm your new password; Download the secured PDF document.
How to Password Protect a PDF File Without Acrobat Open a Word document via Microsoft Word. Click File and choose Save As. Select Browse where the PDF will be saved. Pick PDF (*.pdf) from the Save as type dropdown. Hit the Option button. Enable the Encrypt the document with a password option then click OK.
Use docHub to Merge Protected Files (password for files required) File - Create for creating a new PDF file. Choose Combine Files Into a Single PDF option. Select Add File, add all the PDF files you want to merge. Add password of the locked PDF files. Select Combine. File - Save As to save the PDF file.
Some documents, such as editable forms, may not be able to use password protection. In these cases, you might bump into an error message telling you that the file could not be saved due to a bad parameter. The trick here is to save a copy of the file and then password protect the copy.
Launch docHub, and from the menu, pick Combine Files. Click on Add Files to choose the files you want to combine. If password protected, docHub will ask you for the password. Hit the Combine button to generate the merged the PDF file.
