If you want to share a file, but only with limited number of people, and you want to limit the access to this particular file, an easy way to do that is use a password on the PDF document. So in this video, were just going to do that. And its easy and quick inside docHub Pro DC. So by default, when you open a document inside docHub, and I already have a document open, you may get the options to my right, where we have the Create PDF, up to the more tools. And then theres an option called protect. If this is not available, you can go up to the tools and scroll down. If this ribbon is still up, just scroll down and click on protect. This opens up a new tab of sorts, where you have the option to protect using password,

How to password protect a PDF on Windows 10. Navigate to the Acrobat online password protection page from any browser. Click the Select a file button or drag and drop a PDF into the drop zone. Create and enter a password, then retype it to confirm the password. Click Set Password.
How to convert PDF to JPG Upload your files. Files are safely uploaded over an encrypted connection. Select an image format. By default PDF is converted to JPG. Select image resolution. Choose between 220 dpi, 150 or 75 dpi. Choose pages to convert. Click to select pages to convert. Save your changes.
To convert PDF to JPEG Open the PDF in Acrobat. Select Convert from the global bar. From the left panel, select image format, and then from the drop-down menu, select JPEG. Select Convert to JPEG. In the dialog that opens, select a location where you want to save the file and if required, change the file name.
Add a password to a PDF Open the PDF in Acrobat. Do any of the following: Go to All tools Protect a PDF Protect with password. In the Protect Using Password dialog box, select if you want to set the password for viewing or editing the PDF. Type and retype your password. Select Apply.
How to change a PDF into an image file: Open docHub Pro and choose file. Export to the new file format by going to the right pane and choosing the Export PDF tool. Alternatively, go to the menu and select File Export to Image. Choose image format type. Click Export. In Save As dialogue box, save your file.
Protect a document with a password Go to File Info Protect Document Encrypt with Password. Type a password, press OK, type it again and press OK to confirm it. Save the file to make sure the password takes effect.
