Hello. In this video you will learn how to mailmerge password protected PDF and Microsoft Worddocuments with the help from the Mail MergeToolkit. Along with many other awesome features, the toolkit allows us to create and sendpersonalized attachments in multiple formats. Two of those PDF and DOCX can be protected bypasswords and permissions to prevent unauthorizedusers from accessing copying editing and printing sensitive data. Lets take a look at an example. Imagine, we work in a big company and every year weneed to notify our employees about their personalinfo we have on record. Info like: address, phone number, etc. This way the employees will be able to check and email us back if any info needs to beupdated. Obviously each document in this mail merge has to be protected by a unique password. We havea template open in Word and an Excel spreadsheet with the employees information. Note, thatbesides the usual info: name, email, phone, etc., we have an additional column
