Today I want to show you how you can convert your PowerPoint presentation into a PDF. This is a great way to share your presentation with your audience without allowing them to modify the original presentation. Its also a great way to share your presentation on the web. At the very end, Ill show you a bonus trick. Its somewhat of a hidden feature that allows you to email a PDF of your presentation with just one click. All right, lets check this out. Here I am in Microsoft PowerPoint and to turn this presentation into a PDF, lets go up to the top left-hand corner and click on the file menu. Within file, lets go down to the export option. At the top of export, youll see the option for PDF/XPS. Thats the one we want, so lets click on create. This opens up a prompt where you can specify where you want to save your PDF. Down below you can type in a file name and you can also choose the quality level. You have standard. This is the top level of quality, but it will also take up more

You can remove security from a PDF if you have the document password. If the PDF is secured with a server-based security policy, only the policy author or a server administrator can change it. Contact the creator or the author of the PDF to get the password to edit the PDFs.
How to unlock a PDF to remove password security: Open the PDF in Acrobat. Use the Unlock tool: Choose Tools Protect Encrypt Remove Security.
Files with an owner password can be unlocked instantly. However, if the file is strongly encrypted, you can only unlock the file by providing the correct password. Just upload your file and the password will be removed from your PDF. You can receive the unlocked PDF by simply clicking download and you are good to go!
Converting a pdf to Word is as simple as clicking the To Word button in PDFelements Convert tab. Once youve chosen a destination folder, click the Save button to save the file. After this step, your password-protected pdf file will be converted to a Word document.
Add password protection to a file Select File Info. Select Protect Presentation Encrypt with Password. In the Password box, enter the password youd like to use. Select OK. PowerPoint prompts you to confirm the password by entering it once more. Save the file to ensure the password takes effect.
One-click option to protect a PDF with a password Choose File Protect Using Password. Alternatively, you can choose Tools Protect Protect Using Password. Select if you want to set the password for Viewing or Editing the PDF. Type and retype your password.
Protect a document with a password Go to File Info Protect Document Encrypt with Password. Type a password, then type it again to confirm it. Save the file to make sure the password takes effect.
Open the PDF in docHub. Use the Unlock tool by choosing Tools Protect Encrypt Remove Security. Remove the password: If the document has a Document Open password, just click OK to remove it.
