hey everyone this is max from unsubscribed healthcare i want to go over how you can add a lock to your pdfs right so this is a standard pdf and you can see that it is in my google drive what we can do is we can download this right or if you are in your google sheets template you can also come over to file download pdf click export and you can see now that it is downloading the pdf if i click on it here it opens it in my browser but what we want is we want it to open in preview so if you have a macbook you have a program called preview and now you can see that the pdf has opened here we come up over here to file edit permissions require password to open document 1234 1234 and because im the owner i can make it a different password and stuff but in preview you can also change the permissions so that people cant do any of these things so if you dont want them inserting deleting copying annotations or adding signatures or anything like that you can just allow printing and click apply ok
