This video demonstrates how to disable PDF printing. To start, locate the PDF document in Windows Explorer. Right-click on the PDF and choose "Make Secure PDF" in the PDF writer. In the "Printing and Viewing" tab, ensure that the "Allowed Printing" checkbox is deselected. Click "Publish" to confirm the protection status. The protected document will now have a .pdc extension and can only be opened with the Lock Lizard Secure PDF Viewer. Printing is disabled, as the print icon will be greyed out and keyboard shortcuts will not work when attempting to print.
