If you can only preview a PDF, it may be that you cant edit the file because the permission level is set to read-only or view-only. One way around this may be to export your PDF from docHub to another application like Microsoft Word, then resaving the file as a PDF in the Save As function.
Click on Forms - Create/Edit Forms. Locate the field in the field tree located on the left side of docHub. This is the field tree in the form designer mode in docHub. Drag and drop fields in the tree to rearrange the tabbing order of form fields on each page.
To do so, open your PDF file in docHub, then click on the Edit PDF tool in the toolbar on the right. When youre in form editing mode, you can make several types of changes to the PDF file. You can edit text, alter a field name, or add new text and fillable fields.
Select all the fields that will be used for the answer. (See Select a Field.) Click Group (Field menu). A bounding frame appears around the grouped fields.
