Organizing pages in a PDF In the top navigation bar, select Edit Organize Pages. Choose a PDF from your Recent, Documents, your computer, or your online storage account that you want to organize, then select Continue. You can perform any of the following operations: To save your changes, select Save.
How to rearrange pages in a PDF Click the Select a file button above or drag and drop a PDF into the drop zone. Select the PDF document you want to reorganise. After Acrobat uploads the file, sign in. Select the page thumbnail you want to move. Drag and drop it into a new location. Click Save.
Reorder PDF pages online with Android devices. Use your web browser to visit the Acrobat online services website. Upload your PDF. Select the pages you want to reorder. Drag and drop them into their new position. Save and rename the file. Download the reordered PDF to your Android device or get a link for sharing.
Once in the Organize Pages tool, you can simply drag and drop any page to move it to a new position. You can also move multiple pages by selecting them and then dropping them. To select a range of pages, click on the first page, hold down the Shift key on your keyboard, and click on the last page.
How to rearrange pages in a PDF: Open the Organize Pages tool from the top menu or the right pane (Tools Organize Pages) Select one or more page thumbnails (page numbers are underneath). Use Shift to select a page range. Do one of the following: Drag and drop pages to reorder PDF pages how you want. Save your file.
PDF Editor In the Pages pane: Hold Ctrl and select the required pages by clicking on them with the mouse. Hold Shift and select the first and the last page of the required range with the mouse. To select all pages, press Ctrl+A.
1 min Open the Organize Pages tool. Click the Select a File button. Open a PDF you want to extract pages from. Select Extract in the top menu. Highlight pages you want to extract. Click Extract to extract the selected pages. Save your new PDF.
