one of my favorite things about being a lawyer is that I get to tell people about rights they didnt even know they had and what I want to talk about today is the Equal Credit Opportunity Act and the adverse action notice requirement all right now if youve ever applied for a loan and either been denied or not given the credit youve asked for youve probably received an adverse action notice its just a little letter that says you applied for credit on this date we denied you and heres why at least thats what its supposed to say sometimes they dont come in the mail at all which is of course illegal sometimes they do come but they dont give you the right explanation or they dont tell you anything theyre just useless but in every section notice sounds like one of those laws that just creates paperwork for businesses and increases the cost of doing everything it sounds like just your typical red tape regulation right well heres why its not heres why it does matter and why its

For Double Names with No Spacing For names like AnnaLee, the consensus is to use the first letter of the name as the first letter in the monogram. If AnnaLees full name were AnnaLee Caroline Smith, her monogram would be ACS in block style or ASC with the S in a larger font.
In most cases, the womans first name initial comes first, followed by the shared last name initial, and finally the mans first initial. Elizabeth Brown Smith and Charles William Smith would use ESC as their joint monogram, with the center initial being slightly larger than the other two.
Monogram for two middle of first names You stack the initials together on whatever side the two initials go on. If its two for the first name then it goes on the left. If its two on the middle name they go on the right, or two last names they go big in the middle not stacked (just side by side!)
Traditionally, a monogram reads First Name Initial, Last Name Initial, Middle Name or Maiden Name Initial. With the Last Name Initial being the larger Middle Initial. For example, if you had the name Kelsie Elizabeth Vogds, her monogram would read KVE.
For a married couple, the brides first initial comes first on the left, the surname of the couple in the center, and the grooms first initial on the right, in that order. This joint monogram is used mainly on items that the couple will use together, such as sheets in their bedroom and towels in their bathroom.
For example, a double name would be M-SXW. If you have a hyphenated last name and want to keep the hyphen in your monogram, the order would be First Name in small font size, Maiden Name in larger font size, a hyphen, Husbands Last Name in larger font size, Middle Name in small font size.
Monogram for two middle of first names You stack the initials together on whatever side the two initials go on. If its two for the first name then it goes on the left. If its two on the middle name they go on the right, or two last names they go big in the middle not stacked (just side by side!)
If using three initials, the monogram traditionally uses all three names (i.e., first, middle and last names). If all the letters in the monogram are the same height, then the ordering is first name initial, middle name initial, last name initial.
In a stacked monogram the first and middle name are stacked on the left and the last name is represented large on the right. While a straight monogram has the first name, middle name, and last name in a in order all the same size.
Traditionally, single-letter monograms represent the last name. That goes for both men and unmarried women. Often, modern single-letter monograms for young unmarried women will feature the first letter of their first names.
