But every time youre looking for a different topic you have to go back to the beginning, find a table of contents and then navigate to the section youre looking for. Wouldnt it be nice if you could just have the table of contents always in view, no matter where you are in the document. Fortunately, there is a solution for this and its called Bookmarks. Youll see them in the navigation pane on the side here. By clicking on a bookmark, you can easily jump to that section without having to go back to the table of contents. Ill show you how you can use Microsoft board to automatically create bookmarks. Lets check it together. With the required document open in docHub Acrobat, select Plug-ins Split Documents Extract Bookmarked Pages from the main menu to open the Extract Bookmarked Pages tool. By default, the Use all bookmarks from the document to extract pages option will be selected. Press OK to carry out this procedure.
After searching the web, I found that there are 2 type of bookmark in pdf. first is normal bookmark, with Set Destination option when you right-click on the bookmark. You create this by Ctrl+B. second is tagged bookmark, without the Set Destination option.
Open a PDF document in docHub Acrobat application. Select View Show/Hide Navigation Panes Bookmarks from the docHub Acrobat main menu. The Bookmarks panel appears on the left side of the screen in the navigation pane. Press the Bookmarks icon in the navigation pane to open the Bookmarks panel.
In top menu bar select View Show/Hide Navigation Panes Bookmarks.
Start the docHub Acrobat application and open a PDF file with the bookmarks using File Open menu. Select Plug-Ins Bookmarks Sort Sort Pages to open the Sorting Pages dialog. Click OK to sort pages. The order of pages will be changed to conform to the order they appear in the bookmark tree.
Tech Ease Open your PDF document with docHub. Choose Tools, Accessibility, Touch Up Reading Order. In the Touch Up Reading Order window, choose Show Order Panel. In the Order Panel, you can change the reading order by opening the desired page and using drag and drop.
