in this demonstration we'll be using the oxy doc desktop application to index scanned documents into the opposite doc database as you can see here in the input window we have some documents that were previously scanned and are now waiting to be submitted to the database if we click on one of these documents you will see the selected document displayed in the image window also the captured index data is displayed in the fields window we can use different methods to capture this data for example we could manually enter the data into the index fields or we can use OCR to capture the data directly from the image itself in this example we used OCR once the image has been scanned and the index data has been properly captured we could submit the document to the Optio doc database by simply clicking on the file document button if we wanted to search for a document we would do a search based on the index data captured for the document in this case we will search on the invoice number one one t...
