Remember phone books? I remember phone books. Youd have a name and then youd look that person up and copy down their phone number and then you dial their number into a phone the size of your face. Imagine if e-mail was like that. Youd have someones email address, which is like their name, but then youd still have to look up their domains mail server, which is like their phone number. Finally, youd have to copy everything down and send an email to, well, you get the point. But e-mails not like that. When you send a message, you can just type in any e-mail address and click send, without having to add any weird looking mail servers. So, how does Gmail or any other e-mail service just auto-magically know which mail server to deliver your mail to? The answer iis-- wait for it. [EXPLOSION] An MX record. Your domains MX records consist of a list of mail servers that tell email servers like Gmail where to deliver your incoming mail. Thats pretty much it. Its just like being listed

An MX-record (Mail eXchange-record) is a type of resource record in the Domain Name System (DNS). This is the system that, among other indicates to what specific IP address emails need to be sent. The MX-record contains the host name of the computer(s) that handle the emails for a domain and a prioritization code.
Why do you need an АААА record? You need an AAAA record to ensure that your website or online resource can be accessed using IPv6 addresses. IPv4 addresses, the earlier type of IP address, are getting used up, making it vital to evolve to the newer IPv6 addresses.
AAAA records hold a big advantage over A records because a AAAA record can store a 128-bit IPv6 address, whereas the old A records can only store 32-bit IPv4 addresses. The internet has expanded so quickly that we are running out of IPv4 addresses, which is why IPv6 is so important.
AAAA records are very similar to A records in that they point a domain name to an IP address. The catch is, the IP address isnt a typical IPv4 address like: 255.255. 255.0. Instead, AAAA records point to IPv6 addresses like: 2001:0db8:85a3:0000:0000:8a2e:0370:7334.
A Record vs. A and AAAA or Quad A records are essential DNS records in the Domain Name System. The main difference is that an A record resolves a domain name to its corresponding IPv4 addresses, while an AAAA record resolves a domain name to its related IPv6 addresses.
The Mail Exchange (MX) records are DNS records that are necessary for matching emails to the destination address. The MX record is used to tell the world which mail servers accept incoming mail for a particular domain and where emails sent to the domain should be routed through.
A DNS mail exchange (MX) record directs email to a mail server. The MX record indicates how email messages should be routed in ance with the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP, the standard protocol for all email). Like CNAME records, an MX record must always point to another domain.
Like A records, AAAA records enable client devices to learn the IP address for a domain name. The client device can then connect with and load the website. AAAA records are only used when a domain has an IPv6 address in addition to an IPv4 address, and when the client device in question is configured to use IPv6.
