Importing Digital Planners to GoodNotes Choose EXPORT. A pop-up window will appear. Select Copy to GoodNotes. Select Import as a new document. You will then be asked where you want your file to be stored. Select a file destination and click IMPORT.
Importing from an external app To do that, open or select the file in the other app and tap the Share icon (or a similar function). Next, select either Copy to GoodNotes at the top row of apps, or Open in GoodNotes in the list of apps. GoodNotes should then open automatically and ask how you want the file imported.
Once youve created your notes, you can save them directly to your device, then you can conveniently upload them to your preferred cloud storage for secure backup. To export a document as PDF: Locate the document in Documents tab. Tap on the filename Export as PDF.
Importing from an external app To do that, open or select the file in the other app and tap the Share icon (or a similar function). Next, select either Copy to GoodNotes at the top row of apps, or Open in GoodNotes in the list of apps. GoodNotes should then open automatically and ask how you want the file imported.
You will see several categories with built-in templates in the lower section. To add your templates to a specific category, scroll to the end of the list in that category and tap Import From Photos/Files. You can also create your own category by tapping Edit button found to the right of the Cover Templates title.
Tap the Import button and select the PDF file you want to add as a template from the File Picker on iOS. Once you have your Notebook Template pages added, tap Done to go back to the Documents screen. Next, tap on the plus icon and select Notebook to create a new notebook in GoodNotes.
Change a pages template in Goodnotes 6 Within the Notebook View, open the More menu on the right side of the Nav Bar Change Template. Select the desired color for the new page template by selecting the Color dropdown menu. Choose a template from the template library and select Apply.
