In this video tutorial, we learn how to display a PDF file in an Android app by using the Android PDF Viewer library. The link to the library is provided in the video description. By adding the library command to the app level gradle file, the PDF file can be loaded successfully. In the activity_main.xml file, the layout is changed to relative layout, a button with the ID "btn" is added and positioned in the center with the text "Open PDF". This setup allows for opening the PDF file in the Android app.
