hi Im Shannon Gracie a software trainer and Im here to show you how to hide text in Word so that it will not be printed or seen so in front of me I have a letter and lets say that I plan to send this letter to a few other people but theres a paragraph in it that not everybody needs to see so to make my life easier Im just going to hide it before I print it to some of those recipients first Ill select the whole paragraph then Ill come up to the font group and click on this little more button to open up the font dialog box from here Ill check the hidden checkbox and click OK so as long as my paragraph was selected and I did that the text is hidden now if you would like to kind of see where the text still is you can go to the paragraph group and click on the show/hide button and you can see it when you click the button again itll be hidden so therefore when you want to unhide it it might be a good idea to click the show/hide button so you can see it again select it and go back th
