hi my name is Justin Conway today Im going to talk about how to delete footers out of Microsoft Excel sometimes the footer can be hidden if youre in normal view in Microsoft Excel itll sort of hide the options that are available to you but there are various ways to get to them and Ill show you how so here I have a spreadsheet open then Im in normal view and so you cant see any footers here but if you go into view and select page layout itll now show you when you hover over the area theres your header and scroll down a little bit theres your footer if you double click in the footer if there were any text here lets just make an example real quick we can click out so now theres a footer we can just double click in there delete and your footers gone you can also in page four you use the sidebar here to make your foot or bigger or smaller if youd like to adjust that margin the other ways to go about finding your header and footer are to click on layout and you can click on that
