Select any slide. In the Header and Footer dialog box, click the Notes and Handouts tab, clear the boxes for the options you want to remove from the header or footer.

On the Insert tab, select Header Footer. On the Slide tab, clear the Footer box. Select Apply to All to remove the footer from all slides in the presentation.
Delete a Comment Navigate to a slide with a comment to delete. Select a comment. Click the Delete button. Click the Close button on the Comments pane.
