The video tutorial demonstrates how to disable PDF printing. To protect a document, open Windows Explorer, right-click on the PDF, and choose "Make Secure PDF." In the PDF writer, go to the printing and viewing tab and ensure the allowed printing checkbox is deselected. Click "Publish" and confirm the protection status. The document now has a .pdc extension and can only be opened with the Lock Lizard Secure PDF Viewer. Printing is disabled in the viewer, indicated by the greyed-out print icon. No printing shortcuts can be used.
