Can US documents be docHubd in Canada?

Consular officials at any U.S. embassy or consulate abroad can provide a service similar to the functions of a notary public in the United States. It is also possible to have a document docHubd by a local foreign notary or local government official and then have the document authenticated by a U.S. consular officer.

How do I get a letter docHubd in Ontario?

Notarizing (signing/commissioning) must be done in person; after you book the appointment online. Currently, we dont have a service for notarizing documents any other way. If the Notary is witnessing a signature, each person signing, must be present and sign in front of the Notary.

How much to docHub a document in Canada?

A notarization includes the notarys stamp and signature. For example, if you have a 20 page document that requires just one notarization, the price would be $36.99 plus HST. If you have a one page document that requires two notarizations, the price would be $58.98 plus HST ($36.99 plus $21.99).

Can I docHub a document online in Canada?

Yes, remote commissioning (online notary service or online notarization) of affidavits, oaths and statutory declarations is legal pursuant to O Reg 431/20, Administering Oath or Declaration Remotely, a regulation under the Commissioners for Taking Affidavits Act.

Can I get a document docHubd in Canada?

Who can docHub my document? Any Canadian notary whose signature we recognize can docHub your document. If we are unable to recognize the signature of your notary, invite your notary to register with us. The notary can do this by providing a specimen signature.
