Open a PDF in Acrobat and choose All Tools more Use a certificate in the global bar. Alternatively, from Acrobat Home, select See all tools. In the Protect section, select Use a certificate, and then select a file you want to docHub.
In the signature Properties window click Show Signers Certificate button. Following screen will be displayed once you click on it. Once you click on OK button, following window will be displayed. Click Ok button in the following window. Once the certificate validation is done, you will get the following approval.
Creating a digital signature in Microsoft Word Open Microsoft Word on your Mac. Go to the Insert tab and click Signature Line. A dialog box will appear. Input your full name. Add a job title or contact info. Choose if you want to show the date. Now your digital signature is ready!
You can choose a signature to automatically add to messages you send. In the Mail app on your Mac, choose Mail Settings, then click Signatures. Select an account in the left column. Click the Choose Signature pop-up menu, then choose a signature.
Step 3: View the Signature Details Upon clicking the signature, carefully examine and view the details to verify the authenticity and validity of the signature. Check the sender information to confirm if it matches the expected sender. Next, look at the timestamp to ensure it aligns with the signing timeline.

When your signature appears in the window, click Done. If you dont like the results, click Clear, then try again.

Navigate to the hamburger menu (Windows) or the File menu (macOS) Preferences Signatures. For Creation look and feel, select More Select View documents in Preview Mode checkbox. On the PDF, select the signature field and select Sign Document.
